It means "I am a mushroom!". Oh, wait, that's what one of the few other French phrases I know means :-)I think Katarina is close..."just how gullible do they think we are?"
"They think we're stupid!" (or gullible)
"They think we talk loud and eat a lot?"
Pretty close!The way I heard it used (it may mean many things, who knows?) it meant "Their services were dramatically overpriced."
